Come and learn how to make your own tamales with ¡Hola! Jalapeño's, Kate Ramos and Salt & Wind's Aida Mollenkamp. This is a hands-on tamale workshop – organic masa, corn husks, and tamale filling. Learn how to make masa from scratch, fill the corn husks, wrap and tie each little pouch of deliciousness! Make them to take home, then eat freshly prepared tamales along with a full dinner at the end of the workshop. Note: All tamales made in this workshop are gluten free!
